Open Access Statement

Castledown publishes fully open access journals, which means that all articles are available on the internet to all readers immediately upon publication without any cost or subscription. Non-commercial use and distribution in any medium is permitted, provided the author and the journal are properly credited.

All articles in all journals are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. 

Publication Fees

All of our journals are fully open access, and there are no costs or subscriptions needed to read published articles in any of Castledown journals. There are no fees to submit an article for consideration to a journal, but some journals may require article processing charges (APCs) once a manuscript is accepted. Please check the relevant page for each individual journal regarding these fees.
